I take time to read your articles when you send them. Today, when I feel most pressured because I am too busying thinking about the details of taking care of arrangements for finances, legal affairs, insurances, and keeping up arrangements for family unity because of the passing of my wife, I tend to forget that there is ONE that has control of all this, and timing is in His power. Thank you for reminding me in this time of need that my rest and comfort is not dependent on this world.

I’ll have to wait until NEXT weekend to apply, because I’ve already over committed myself today and tomorrow, (I know better…) Two house projects, and running audio for 3 worship services at church tonight and tomorrow. (All good stuff, right?) Except I left out any room for a Sabbath. (“Ouch” from “I Made Too Much Oatmeal.”) I crave a quiet “sit and stare!” Next weekend for sure.
